Our CEO addressed the labor shortages currently facing Japan and the growing importance of international talent in our future society. One of the key features of QibouSys is its multilingual support, which includes functionality for six different languages ​​and integrated translation tools. At Sato Sangyo, our own team consists of both Japanese andinternational members. In our daily operations, the multilingual features ofQibouSys play a vital role in facilitating communication and ensuring that work proceeds smoothly. Why "Qibou" Instead of "Kibou"?

Our product lead also shared the meaning behind the name "Qibou." The name "Kibou" (meaning "hope")reflects our desire to bring hope to every company and workplace regardless of their size through digital transformation (DX). We chose the letter "Q" (rather than "K") to embody our commitment: to honor the unique work styles and values ​​inherent to Japanese companies, while pursuing a level of quality that enables them to adapt to an era of rapid change. QibouSys aims to go beyond simply providing convenient features; we strive to solve the challenges businesses face and pave the way for better, more effective ways of working.

Our sales team introduced Qibou’s SaaS offerings and the SES (System Engineering Service) solutions provided by Qibou. Our technical team expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to develop systems alongside such an exceptional group, sharing their vision to expand Qibou first across Japan, and eventually to the rest of the world. Our operations team spoke about the high quality of life in Joetsu, and, as a foreign national, expressed a sincere desire to contribute to the betterment of the city.

During our recent meeting, a department head at the city office shared some encouraging feedback regarding the features of QibouSys. They were particularly impressed by the convenience of tools like the event management function and the system’s overall responsiveness, remarking, "This looks very useful—I’d like to try using it." It is a great source of encouragement for us to see such interest in features that can genuinely assist with day-to-day operations. At QibouSys, our goal goes beyond simply offering a wide array of features.
